CCR and AIRIS partnered to introduce VICC, a Vertically Integrated Cargo Community, an innovative cargo facility concept designed to unify logistics, aviation, and industrial infrastructure within a single ecosystem. Based in Houston and Brazil, the joint venture required a cohesive brand and strategic market positioning to reflect AIRIS’s airport development expertise and CCR’s scale as South America’s largest road builder.
Sacks was retained to develop marketing and proposal development strategy to introduce the partnership to select government agencies for the purpose of positioning a new cargo infrastructure solution.
