NYECA Education Program

The New York Electrical Contractors Association (NYECA) Education Program was developed to provide a structured, member-driven platform for professional development within the electrical contracting industry. Following a comprehensive survey of member firms to identify priority training needs, the program was designed to deliver targeted courses covering licensing requirements, technical advancements, safety practices, and business management. Today, the Education Program serves as a central hub for NYECA’s learning opportunities, helping contractors and their teams stay competitive in a rapidly evolving construction environment.

Our Process

Sacks Communications helped transform NYECA’s educational offerings into a clear, accessible, and continuously promoted program. We developed the NYECA Education Bulletin – print, digital, and online – to organize upcoming courses and workshops and later digitized the program with integrated registration and monthly communications. This streamlined system allows members to easily discover, register for, and stay informed about professional development opportunities throughout the year.

Custom Digital Platform for Training, racking, and Performance Measurement

Sacks developed a custom Learning Management System (LMS) and proprietary Digital Contract Tracker to support program delivery and firm growth. The platform delivers curriculum, tracks engagement, and captures market intelligence including bids, awards, and bonding activity. Insights from the system inform each firm’s Business Growth Plan while KPI dashboards and reporting protocols measure participant progress and overall program outcomes.
