New York City Centralized Construction Mentor Program (CCMP)

The New York City Centralized Construction Mentor Program (CCMP) is a citywide initiative designed to strengthen the capacity of small businesses and emerging construction firms seeking to participate in New York City’s capital construction projects. Through structured training and mentorship, the program connects participating firms with experienced construction managers and industry leaders who provide guidance on project delivery, compliance, and business growth. CCMP helps firms build the operational and technical capabilities needed to compete more effectively within the City’s construction marketplace.

Our Process

Sacks Communications developed the program’s marketing and communications framework, translating the program structure into clear and engaging materials for industry audiences. This included designing the CCMP Training Bulletin, which organizes the curriculum, learning objectives, and session structure into a concise and accessible format. Our approach focused on clarity, industry relevance, and professional presentation to ensure that participating firms and mentors clearly understand the program’s value and pathway for engagement.

Custom Digital Platform for Training, racking, and Performance Measurement

Sacks developed a custom Learning Management System (LMS) and proprietary Digital Contract Tracker to support program delivery and firm growth. The platform delivers curriculum, tracks engagement, and captures market intelligence including bids, awards, and bonding activity. Insights from the system inform each firm’s Business Growth Plan while KPI dashboards and reporting protocols measure participant progress and overall program outcomes.
