NECA Boston Education Program

Several years ago, Sacks Communications worked with NYECA to design and launch the organization’s first comprehensive Educational Program. What began as a strategic initiative to organize and expand professional development opportunities has since become a signature component of NYECA’s member services. Today, the program brings together technical training, safety education, leadership development, and business management resources in a single, accessible platform.

Our Process

We worked with NECA Boston leadership to structure a clear, contractor-focused learning framework that organizes courses by topic, timing, and format. The program integrates both in-person and virtual offerings, making it easy for members and their teams to identify relevant training and participate. The result is a streamlined, continuously evolving education platform that supports workforce development and strengthens contractor capacity across the industry.

Custom Digital Platform for Training, racking, and Performance Measurement

Sacks developed a custom Learning Management System (LMS) and proprietary Digital Contract Tracker to support program delivery and firm growth. The platform delivers curriculum, tracks engagement, and captures market intelligence including bids, awards, and bonding activity. Insights from the system inform each firm’s Business Growth Plan while KPI dashboards and reporting protocols measure participant progress and overall program outcomes.
