A NEW CONVERSATION FOR DIVERSITY IN NEW YORK STATE

Sacks designed, developed and launched its own publication, Diversity Agenda, to highlight the importance of diversity in select business-to-business markets. In 2011, Sacks produced the first issue of Diversity Agenda and distributed it at the 2011 New York State MWBE Forum, which Sacks also produced.

The publication, now three years old, focuses on diversity issues and features new initatives from both the public and private sector.  The publication is gaining traction and is distributed in print to 2000 readers as well as distributed electronically and online for more than 20,000 readers.

Sacks plans to expand the publication in 2015 with the addition of a board of advisors and new internet broadcast channel with featured reporters in 2015.  Two recently completed interviews include:
